Dr Ken Yasuhara and he exemplary staff are the most welcoming, talented, affordable and caring professional aesthetic dental and family practice I've ever experienced in my 56 years of seeing dentists! They under promise and over deliver!!! Whether invisalign, crack/chip repair, or as simple as cleaning...it's done with care, attention to detail, transparent communication before/during/after procedures and the follow up is amazing. They truly know how to Live Aloha!

When I say that this is the best dentist that I have ever seen, I am not exaggerating. Dr Yasuhara has the unique ability to make his patients feel at ease and comfortable while at his office. As a patient that used to suffer from terrible dental anxiety, he has completely changed my mind and eased my anxiety. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always answers any questions that I may have. And most importantly, my visits have been painless and comfortable. He even offers blankets and video headsets if you would like to watch a movie to help you relax while he is working! (I watched Shrek!) The many accolades that he has received are very well deserved, but the most important accolade is that his patients appreciate him because we know how talented and sincere he is. Once you meet Dr. Yasuhara and his wonderful staff, you will understand why his patients speak so highly of this wonderful office. From the moment, you enter the office and speak with the super friendly front desk staff to the moment that you leave, everyone that you interact with will make you feel welcomed and appreciated. His patients are loyal, so I strongly advise that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the office to ensure that your desired date and time is available. He has somehow gathered the best in the business, and they are an excellent team together!

Dr. Yasuhara was irresponsible and unethical in coercing my 93 year old mother to have a non emergency procedure like cleaning her teeth during this critical time when the elderly are vulnerable to contracting covid19. Apparently he and my sister who is a nurse at Kaisers decided to have the appointment irregardless because they felt this pandemic is just news propaganda and people are over reacting. I told the doctor I was concerned that if my mother contracted the disease in your office and died you would just say she was going to die anyway. He didn't feel he would be accountable. I understand his practice is going through a difficult time but I assume he has lots of patients that are at least under 80 to keep him in business. I have filed a complaint with Department of consumer protection and better business bureau. I had hoped all our health care providers are looking out for our safety but these two consider me as they call it a "covidiot".

Dr.Yasuhara is only looking out for his practice! He's unethical and arrogant. He insisted on having my 93 year old mother come in and have her teeth cleaned, a non emergency procedure during the stay in shelter guidelines. I told him my mother would be vulnerable having her mouth open and exposed for an hour and not knowing if his staff were positive. This medical professional felt the pandemic was overblown and my elderly mother will be okay even though she was 93 years old.  My mother suffered a stroke a week later. He does not feel accountable for her stress brought on with this appointment. He should have his license revoked!
