Walk away, or rather run. My wife and I made the mistake of getting drawn in to have a product demonstrated to remove bags under the eyes. Whatever the product was that they used, it worked in just a few minutes. Based on the results, we purchased the product and received instructions to use once a week for 6 months. We took our bag with what we thought was the product they'd demonstrated. About a week later, after we were back home, applied the product with absolutely no results. Reached out to customer service as it seemed like a bait and switch. The sales receipt even showed a different brand of product than what we thought they had demonstrated, but missed that until we were back home. Customer Service responded back saying they'd reach out to the sales team. Didn't hear back for awhile and emailed again. They still hadn't heard back from the sales team and acknowledged my frustration. After that, nothing more has been received. Absolutely cannot recommend this place. Additionally, the chocolate they give out wasn't even that good.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Inglot in Waikiki deserves a shoutout. Their lipsticks are hydrating and the colors are just stunning.

Very Nice the Staff was Great EXCEPT MY OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR WAS SUPPOSE to be In Our Room. Or at least at front Desk Upon Our Arrival. I had 32 minutes of OXYGEN in My Portable I NEEDED the Home One. My Husband and His Sister TOLD THE GUY at the DESK I NEEDED IT HE said WELL THE BUSINESS OFFICE IS CLOSED COME BACK TOMORROW WHAT PART OF SHE NEEDS HER OXYGEN NOW. THEN MY BROTHER IN LAW LATER JOINED THE BATTLE. AFTER THEY ALL WOULD NOT GIVE UP. I Think a Gal FINALLY MADE PHONE CALLS TO GET SOMEOME TO COME IN AND OPEN THE OFFICE. Then MY Brother In Law Had to Go to the Business Office and Get it and Carry it Back to Our Hotel. My Husband has a Bad Back and could Not Carry it. Finally about 930pm I think is when We Finally was able to get it. Let Me ask THE Guy at the Front Desk to Due WITHOUT OXYGEN TILL NEXT DAY. I USED ALL 3 BATTERIES TO GET THERE . IT SHOULD have been Left at the FRONT DESK BEFORE THE BUSINESS OFFICE CLOSED. THAT is BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. OTHER than having a HARD TIME GETTING MY OXYGEN DELIVERED THE REST of the STAFF was FANTASTIC I Would Like S.one to Find Out who Cleaned Our Room Daily. THEY ALL WERE VERY KIND And did a AWESOME JOB. THEY WORKED AROUND MY AIR LINE ON THE FLOOR. 1 TIME I did Not Move it because I was doing a BREATHING TREATMENT. And Couple Times We were Not there. We Met the Gals on Our way Out a Couple Times. And we had a Gentleman the 1st Morn we were there that Cleaned our room. Very Nice Gentleman. We were in Room 1934. March 5- March 11 2024. I'm asking to have staff TRAINED BETTER. THE GUY said to My Husband We can call a cab take her to hospital to see a Doc. She doesn't Need a Doctor She Needs OXYGEN WHICH IS LOCKED UP. WE ALREADY HAVE DOCTORS ORDERS. THE Guys who Pushed Our Wheel Chairs Were GREAT and had a Good Sense of Humor We Loved having SO MANY Shops Enclosed at the Hotel If We ever get the Chance to come back and Stay at this Hotel We will. ALL I ASK IS PLEASE GET STAFF TRAINED ON MEDICAL ISSUES. AND THE BUSINESS OFFICE IS THE 1ST PLACE TO START THEN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TO COME BACK TO WORK FOR A 5 MINUTE TASK. THANKS FOR HAVING A GREAT HOTEL.
