I have been using the service for years, and today was the last time I will ever use this business. They were 2 1/2 hours late without letting me know that they were running late, I wasnt even sure they were going to show up. I called five times over four hours, and left several messages and no one responded. When the two women finally did show up to clean the house, I told them that the house had just gone through a 3 month renovation and it needs a deep clean. When they left after less than 2 hours, they disappeared without checking with me first. The house was FILLED with dust all over the windows and corners and every window sill. It was absolutely filthy. I called several more times to discuss my dissatisfaction and no one answered or returned my phone calls. This is not a serious business. Do not use them.
