        Terrible experience. Went in there today to purchase a Hawaii charm for my daughters bracelet. Was greeted by 2 girls already serving & they seemed lovely. Unfortunately the girl with short dark hair who served me was rude and basically slammed the options down in front of me, visibly annoyed when I asked if there was any other options, & then just plonked the other options in front of me like she didn't have time for it. Zero help when I said that none of them were the ones I had looked at online. I just walked out & will go to the one in Waikiki instead. Maybe it's because I'm not from the US, who knows.

        I have never posted anything like this but here I am. If theres 0 star choice I wouldve done it. The lady Melissa is absolutely rude and this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in shopping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anybody to shop here, local or tourist!
