        We had bought an investment property in Waikiki and Derek had helped us secure a HELOC on our primary residence for the down payment and the main loan on the investment property. The lending process was painless and Derek got everything done on time with no issues. Derek is an amazing lender and so knowledgeable about the real estate and lending processes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a loan and will definitely be using Derek again.
