Roy was very knowledgeable in his field. He was able to look at our personal finances, assets, credit scores, etc, and recommend how to go forward. The main trait is his trustworthiness. He was able to handle everything provided he had the necessary documents. He explained every step of the process so there were no surprises. It was a good partnership between customer and manager.
