I was involved in a 3 car accident caused by a truck slamming into me and pushing me into the person in front of me. With HI being a no fault state there are hoops that have to be jumped through just to sue the person at fault. I had a tough case that nobody wanted to take on. I went to James J. Stone office and he agreed to take on the case. He fought long and hard for me. There were times where I had given up but Mr. Stone and his assistant continued to work tirelessly on my case.
