We have officially found our go-to plumber! Roscoe and his team have earned a perfect 5-star rating. They were excellent all the way from the initial phone call through paying the invoice. They were transparent about the cost, what the labor could look like, and the communication was exceptional. Jamar, the technician that came to the rescue, was exceptionally polite, communicative, and knowledgeable about his craft. Instead of going straight to worst case scenario, he wanted to try some other options that could save us some time and money and he succeeded! We had another guy come in from Roto-Rooter and he didnt do any diagnosing and went straight to worst possible fix and quoted us over $500 to get a crayon unstuck from our toilet! Jamar on the other hand only took 30 minutes to get it fixed because he chose to diagnose the situation first and saved us time, and a lot of money!! Having owned a couple of businesses myself I can appreciate great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Jamar is one of the best out there! He deserves a promotion, and/or a raise!
