        Not Covid safe... Girl working behind counter never changed gloves. She helped 6 people while in between touching the disgusting computer screen and handling money. Everything is dirty and unsanitized, it's very clear when you walk in and see. Had I'd known before hand I wouldn't of ordered from the app and wasted my money. Update: spoke with management, not surprised the way they're handling it. Wrote me a email apologizing about the experience and made up lame excuses. I asked for my refund back twice now and no response. Seriously talking to corporate now about their sub-franchiser. They're giving a bad name for SUBWAY all together.

        I place my order online, and everything is wrong. I guess no one can read the special order notes. Order was simple. Just 2 foot long meals that were both the same type of sandwich, just different toppings. Both were supposed to be toasted only 1 was. I ordered extra cookies and did not receive bcuz they were sold out. But I also couldn't get a refund. Nor did I receive the drink that comes with the meal. Had been craving Subway for a long time, and then when I go I am utterly and completely dissatisfied. Manager will definitely be getting a call from me. S. Fuller
