Midas Kailua-Kona

This location is amazing! I have three vehicles and choose Midas in Kona for all my service needs! Darren is always friendly and helpful. He never fails to call me if an earlier appointment opens up, I drive 3000 miles a month for my buisness and this is so important for me and my customers! Chris is a fountain of knowledge. I can't tell you how many times he has nailed it! He never misses a beat!

Extremely rude and arrogant. Was there before 4pm and the guy just kept saying we are closed and no to everything. Then tells me they close at 4pm even though they closed up long before 4 and it says 5pm on Google. I would never get any work done here.

Midas Hawaii Kona shop is a great place to go if your looking for excellent mechanical work and great service.. with dedicated mechanics that know what they are doing and know how to treat you and your vehicle the right way..

I recently shipped my vehicle from California and went to Midas in Kailua-Kona for a safety check. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of five stars! You have to make an appointment, but they make the process super fast and easy! I was out the door in ten minutes. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff is super helpful and kind and even put the stickers on my license plate for me!
