        Great experience. Philip was so helpful yesterday with the Nissan Armada and also for providing island tips and areas to explore. Very professional and a quintessential customer service-oriented mindset. When you are compelled to take time from chill-axing on the beach to praise good acts, that says something, right?

        My family and I had a wonderful experience with the folks at the Kona Airport Enterprise car rental in Hawaii on 6/6/23. The shuttle was easy and we were processed quickly, but 2-5 miles down the road we realized the car that was assigned to us was not a good fit (literally!). We turned around and the manager took care of us quickly and easily, with no fuss. That wasn't what I expected when we decided to turn around and see if we could swap cars... and frankly I am still kind of blown away by how good of an experience it was. Thanks Enterprise, we'll be back for sure.
