Came here before our flight back to purchase a whale pendant after a pretty awesome whale watching experience- and the staff were super helpful! Not to much variety for what I was looking for in particular but I sure did find a great souvenir/ timeless gold pendant for my daughter that well cherish forever! Thank you for all your help

My boyfriend got me earrings for Christmas. I was so excited to wear them. But it came broke, one of the earring chain was broke. We couldnt return them, because it was purchased more than a 30 days before. So they repaired it, but now one earring shorter than another. I guess no more earrings from Na hoku.

We were recently in Kailua-Kona celebrating our anniversary and after my wife had pointed out a certain type of bracelet I snuck in to the Na Hoku store to find her one. Upon giving it to her, we realized bigger would be better but we had an early flight and could not get back to exchange it. Once home, I reached out to Renee who had sold me the bracelet who was great. I shipped it back to her and within days she sent back the replacement which is perfect. She went above and beyond and we will likely visit the store when we return.
