Terrible services. I was calling for a home owners quote, the lady laughed at me. For asking for a quote in a high risk area, and also was snarky about questions about dogs. No professionalism what so ever. Find another insurance provider.

Extremely rude, refused to give me a policy even after I tried to provide all of the needed information she hung up on me after I asked questions. I highly recommend avoiding this woman if you want friendly professional help

I am a travel nurse who was looking for an insurance quote and the woman who answered the phone was rude, abrasive, accusatory and simply terrible. She assumed and bluntly accused me of having a bad driving record because I wanted information on non-owner car insurance. Small minded people must not know that living in a large city with access to public transit to and from work is actually a thing.
