We went to Dr. Kubo a few years ago and he was amazing. They had our favorite receptionist (Christina), she was amazing!!! Today, we call and there was a CHERYL? She was difficult and had no empathy. My wife had an emergency situation and she basically told us we will be treated as new patients since the last time we went to them was in 2016. But, they arent accepting new patients. WTH?!?!!! I asked her so youre recommending us to find another doctor? She said, no, we just dont have room for new patients. Uhmm WHAT?!?!!!! Ugh! Cheryl suck!!!!

First off I want to say, I have never ever experienced such a positive, friendly, and professional dentist and office staff in all my 57 years! They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Kubo has a great personality and is very patient and explanatory. I am so lucky to have been referred to Dr.Kubo. I've lived on this Island for 22 years and it's hard to find good doctors and ones that truly care about their patients. Dr.Kubo and his staff truly care and I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care including children, from what I witnessed in the waiting area a 3 young happy children came out! Love this dentist and all his helpers! I had a great cleaning today plus the hygienist have me a sample of a cleaning tool I haven't used before.

I had my first exam with Dr Kubo today and it was a very comfortable and thorough exam. I was very impressed with Doctor and his entire staff from start to finish. Thank you for making my dental experience such a positive one.
