My husband and I went on the sunset ride for our anniversary and it was absolutely gorgeous. Our wrangler Belinda was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Beautiful property and beautiful views. Thanks for a great memory!

Definitely not recommending to anyone, unless you want to experience poor service, or talk to unbelievably rude operators. Our service got cancelled twice in a row, both on the same day, ruining our traveling plans, twice. Whats more, when I asked for a cancellation confirmation for record, the operator agreed but never sent (no text or email). And then they stopped answering the phone. I had no choice but to leave a voice message saying Ill report them to Better Business Bureau. After this, the operator finally called back, and was very rude to tell us not to ride with them ever, and hanged up on me before I could say anything (as if we would, after such humiliation and terrible experience). Update: in the owners reply, they still never apologized for their attitude during communication, since the refund is the biggest mercy they can give, obviously.

Our experience was extremely poor. Our appointments got cancelled twice for the weather reason which could be avoided from scheduling. Given that this event was planned for my wife's birthday, the situation was even more disappointing. When we requested a formal cancellation letter for proof to support our claims, our request was completely disregarded. To make matters worse, the operator mocked our English language skills simply because we are native speakers and have accents; their attitude towards us was very rude and unacceptable. All in all, it was a very unpleasant encounter.
