I have completed 3 transactions with Island Boutique Realty in the past, and have done 2 since on the mainland. Wow did I miss them!! I appreciated their detail, professionalism and knew that they went above the call of duty, particularly when I was not on the Island at the time. This has been one of the greatest real estate transactions Ive ever had. I must say Chelsea Mock Chew is the absolute best realtor weve ever worked with over the course of 30 plus years of purchasing property. She will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy, throughout the whole process. If you want to work with good, kind, knowledgeable and experienced realtors, Island Boutique inc., is the place to go. I highly recommend them without a doubt.

We recently listed and sold our commercial space with Julie. She and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. When you work with Julie you instantly get the sense you are working with a highly experienced true professional. She was always on the ball and ahead of the curve. Everything we needed (or didn't know we needed) she was right there, ready to go! Even though every "i" was dotted and "t" was already crossed long before the day of closing, I got a call from Julie congratulating me on the sale. A few days later she was at my door with a wonderful gift to thank me for my business. Needless to say this type of service and care is so very rare... in any industry.
