Kerrie and Peggy were hands down the best realty team I have ever worked with. The customer service was incredible and seamless. Kerrie went above and beyond to help us transition to and from the house and the Aina and always goes the extra mile. Peggy was always friendly and helpful and also exhibits a strong aloha spirit like Kerrie. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and strongly recommend them for any of your real estate needs. Mahalo nui loa guys, and much aloha. Concrete examples of how awesome these guys are: 1) we had a pretty tense leasing situation prior to our experience with Lava Rock. Kerrie helped us through the transition and was incredibly accommodating with a leasing system to fit our needs. 2) the house was in great condition even when we moved in, but Kerrie went the extra mile to update appliances and even showed up the first day to help us clean and get situated. This high level of service was repeated multiple times with updates to furniture, entertainment systems, and continued support with repairs. 3) When it was time to move, Kerrie and Peggy made an unheard of effort to help us transition to our new home and went above and beyond to help us with loose ends. I could not be more grateful to these two amazing professionals. If you choose to lease with Lava Rock, rest assured you will be in good hands. They had my back when I needed it the most.

I would rather give this business 0 stars. They did not reNEW the lease of an extremely important business in Kealakekua, run by a disabled veteran and an integral part of the South Kona community for over 11 yearsI called to complain and they acted as though they didnt know! Then told the person they are evicting that they were upset because they are receiving negative call I EONDER WHYBusinesses are supposed to be Pono and operate with integrity. FAR TO GREEDY

I rarely make reviews but Kerrie Mattis at Lava Rock Realty has proven to us that she is a true professional and we would not hesitate to recommend her to any potential renter, owner or home buyer in Hawaii. We absolutely enjoy working with Kerrie. When our last landlord broke our lease in the middle of the pandemic. Kerrie helped our family through the rental process so seamlessly and made the experience super pleasant even during such a difficult and stressful time. When we moved in, the home looked great and you can tell it had been maintained with love! Kerrie and the folks at Lava Rock Realty have always been fair, honest and wonderful to communicate with. In a business where trust cannot be given but has to be earned. Kerries outstanding professionalism and expertise of this island always represents the interests of both renters and owners.
