Amazing property! We have had the pleasure of renting this gem on many occasions. The owners really thought of everything when creating this tropical oasis in paradise! All of our visits have always been wonderful and the house itself is something out of a designer magazine! There are lots of properties in the area that are lovely but are very outdated and run down. We have stayed in many accommodations over the years close by and none have compared to Kipuka Lani!

Ive rented several properties in this price range in the area, and this was one of the worst. No beach gear was provided, there was no central air and one of the ceiling fans in the living room was broken. There was no cross breeze to alleviate the heat. A lot of small things were broken like the microwave/oven handle, and one of the shower dials. There were several large centipedes on the property, and the ones on island can deliver nasty bites. The key to the pool cover was missing and they delivered a spare one morning early before any of us were awake, without notice, coming onto the property and yelling, I was awoken one morning prior to 8am by a worker who was on the property just on the other side of my bedroom doing some sort of work. Other mornings, weed whacking and leaf blowing started on and next to the property at early morning hours while we were trying to sleep; There was no knife block or decent knives in the kitchen and the cookware was limited and in some cases dirty and unusable. No wine fridge. There was no TV in the living room which was weird, the media room is small and they insist you keep it dark and overly cold. The listing doesnt make it clear that two of the bedrooms are in a separate building that you have to walk outside and across the pool deck and down some stairs to access, which became treacherous during a rainstorm. The pool was clearly advertised as heated but then when we arrived the literature informed us that hearing the pool came with an extra cost. To top it all off, after charging an exorbitant cleaning fee, they withheld $125 from my security deposit for an alleged stain on a living room couch. It appeared from the photo they sent that the cleaning crew actually just smeared an existing again across the couch when trying to clean it. The location is quite good, with a better ocean view than I had anticipated and just a short walk to a very nice beach, Makaiwa, and decent restaurant, Napua. Its a short drive to the Shops at Mauna Lani. The entrance garden is beautiful. These were some of the main reasons we chose the rental but the location isnt enough to outweigh the poor management and other issues. I have rented multiple times from this management company but will not do so in the future and I certainly wouldnt rent this very expensive rental again, there are much better options in the same resort area.

When we walked into Kipuka Lani our first thought was WOW! The entire front of the house opens to the outdoors, to a view over a lush green golf course to the ocean beyond. We enjoyed so many pleasant surprises that came with the house, such as gorgeous spa bathrooms with all the amenities included, that open to the outdoors if desired; ample supply of towels and beach towels; beautiful sets of dishes and cooking utensils; lavish bedrooms with walls that opened to the outdoors; the hot tub built into the pool; a fully stocked spice drawer; an ice maker that never ran out; a media room filled with books & games for the kids; a fire table for cozy evenings and watching the sunset. The close proximity to the Beach Club was a bonus as we only had to walk out the driveway and across the street to access the club which provided beach chairs, one of the nicest beaches we found, and a nice restaurant. We were sad to leave and will definitely return.

What a breath taking, magazine worthy property. We had just the best time with our family. It is so close to everything you need; beach, golf, restaurants...Kipuka Lani had everything we needed for our family vacay, just bring your clothes! We are already day dreaming of coming back!
