        Stayed on the gold package. Absolutely worth it! Everyone at the gold lounge was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure my vacay was amazing. Property was spectacular. Wanting to relax to the max, I hung out at the adults only area of the pool. Service was spotty. Good when someone came by but it wasn't very frequent. And on my last day a family with teenagers lounged in the adults only section. I normally wouldn't be too bothered but I was trying to relax and the two teenage boys started rough housing in the pool. There was a lot of space available in the family section so the family may not have realized they were in an 18 & over area. Many Fairmont employees, from those working the towels hut to servers, saw what was going on but no one addressed it. A bit annoying on my last day, but it didn't over shadow my fantastic stay.

        The view and location are top notch,right on the beach, with golf course, spa, walking trails and dining nearby. Sunsets and sunrises make it worth it. Our room was outdated- busted shower, lanai was really dirty. Room service seemed to clean it upon request. Nearby activities: Snorkeling, swimming, golf, biking/jogging trails, heli tours Walkability: Nearby grocery store, cafe and restaurant Noteworthy details: View is amazing

        Five star and world class on all levels Definitely going back again, and again, and again! In particular, Barbie and Ashley were amazing! Barbie (Guest Services), Robert and Team (Brown's Deli), Elijah (Beach House/Cove), and Nathy (Housecleaning) are all WORLD CLASS and SO APPRECIATED!!!

        Overall great resort. Service is outstanding, everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice beach area with rocks to break the waves and decent snorkeling. Restaurants are expensive but of good quality, rooms and common areas can appear a bit dated but everything is functional and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
