I was introduced to Monique and William at Ocean Tile by our contractor after the first company needed to be replaced. They worked on two bathrooms which were tiled from top to bottom. Their expertise and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I was so impressed by the workmanship that I asked them to do my kitchen backsplash. Ocean Tile was our contractor for a bathroom remodel in Kona. They scheduled the job and preformed the work flawlessly on time, as scheduled and with no exceptions. We found a water issue in our master bathroom shower that needed fixing. I received a competitive quote, on time and awarded the job to Ocean Tile. Monique and Wally are the best! They did a very professional job, on time and on budget!! Monique had great suggestions for the flooring in the shower. Besides being professional and running a top notch business, Monique/Wally are wonderful people. I would recommend Ocean Tile for any and all tile jobs that anyone needs done!

If there were 6 stars, I'd give it. I recently remodeled my bathroom. My original contractor didn't work out for various reasons. I called a dozen tile contractors on the island (over the course of a month while the job sat there) and they were all either too busy or not interested in trying to finish a job someone else started and that had problems (I don't blame them). I had almost exhausted a list of every tile contractor I could find. I ended up buying a tile saw and was about ready to give it a shot myself. I came across Ocean Tile and figured... why not just check? I got a call back from Monique within what seemed like an hour. Monique and William came in and took a job halfway done that was very much mediocre and turned it to GOLD. I seriously could not be any more happy. Sometimes I just stand in the doorway of the bathroom and admire. A few things that I really appreciate about Monique: 1. (Most important) I would for sure work with her again. That should say it all. 2. Attention to detail - I have 2 bathrooms. She tiled the floor (and shower) in one. The same tile was used for the floor in both both bathrooms, so I'm comparing apples to apples. The work she did was far and beyond better than the other contractor. All grout joints are the same size. The tops of tiles line up smooth. Patterns look good. Grout is smooth. 3. She commits and shows up - no last minute calls saying she had something come up, which is occasionally understandable. 4. She put in long days and it didn't affect the quality at all. 5. She's a pleasant person to be around. I can't say enough good and I HIGHLY recommend Ocean Tile. Thank you Monique! Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Remodeling
