If I could I would select no stars. Although I appreciate Sarah calling about an inactivate account. When I visited the Kaneohe Branch there was no welcoming greeting from employees when entering the door and no greeting when standing in the teller line. For security reasons wouldnt it be a good idea to look up and see who is walking through the front door??? Also the teller that assisted me did not have Aloha. She was not warm, welcoming or compassionate. Hopefully if I have to visit the Kaneohe Branch again the vibe will be more positive. Come on FHB you have to do better!!!!

Love the staff here, but seriously they need more workers. Spent 30 minutes in here to make a large withdrawal. More workers are needed then 3 tellers. This is not the 1st time I've waited for a long time. Just the 1st time I'm writing a review. Come on FHB. 10 people behind me right now.

The better FHB location to go to in Kaneohe. Kaneohe Branch FHB tellers have been consistently friendly! The one across from the mall is hit or miss w/nice tellers, and their ac is junk.
