The first chiro I've ever been to but I called around shopping for Chiros and this is the best price for a monthly package.Everywhere else charges 5x compared to this and I've gone 2-3 times a week.Went to get a chiropractor for general health and good posture.

Dr. Chip is by far the absolute best chiropractor in Hawaii! He is a professional who is also personable and relate to every patient with care and concern. Our family is grateful for Dr. Chip and his staff! I've known Dr. Chip for decades and he is the "go to" healer no matter what others may say/post. The Kaneohe Castle Adventist facility is 100% better than it used to be, the parking practical and recent wheelchair ramp very much appreciated. Mahalo nui Dr. Chip, Jayla, Mel and Sierra for taking care of us!!

Would not recommend! This place just does a quick adjustment..  in and out in less than 10 mins.  They don't warm up your muscles before adjustment..  it's just walk in, adjustment, then walk out..

I chose to go see Dr. Chip due because it was in a convenient location for me in Kaneohe.I've been seeing a chiropractor regularly for years prior to moving to Hawaii so I'm pretty knowledgeable about my condition and what works for me. However, on my initial appointment I let Dr. Chip perform his own assessment and put together a plan for me. There was no adjustment this day which was disappointing. Most of my time was spend with the front desk trying to upsell me on a monthly membership plan that gives you a particular quantity of adjustments for a set price. The whole payment plan and presentation felt sleazy. It might be a good deal for some people but felt like a money grab.During my second appointment, Dr. Chip reviewed his assessment with me and again tried upselling me telling me I need to come see him 3 times a week for several months. I know what treatment works for me and this was nonsense. He performed his adjustment which was lackluster. I was pretty tight since it's been so long since I was adjusted and unfortunately he didn't put any effort into working through the tight spots or using more strength. Maybe he was worried of injuring me or that is just how he works. The whole second appointment also felt very rushed. It honestly felt like more of an assembly line of chiropractic work. Due to these reasons I decided to look elsewhere for adjustments.
