Lavon was referred to us by a close relative. She came out for an initial interview and review of the requested cleaning work. We reviewed her business history, training, and current client workload. She was responsive to all cleaning situations we brought up. Lavon arrived today ahead of her scheduled time, armed with a very complete set of cleaning products and tools. She spent the full day cleaning our approximate 2000 sq ft home, and my wife and I arrived home completely delighted with what we found. It was clear to me that Lavon had been professionally trained in her craft. Her attention to the smallest detail was evident, and the cleaning results were sparkling, including mirrors, windows, blinds, bathrooms, and many out of the way nooks and crevices. We are planning to retain Lavon on a regular basis. She is personable, friendly, thorough, and dedicated to producing a cleaning result that will please even the most discriminating client.
