Gail has been a friend of the family for almost thirty years, back when we were kids and before we (sadly) moved away from Hawaii. At the time my girlfriends mother (now my wife) was Gails bookkeeper. We had the opportunity to relocate back home in the islands and reached out to Gail for help. Negotiating a real estate transaction is already complicated, compounding that were the challenges of joining a co-op property. On top of that, thanks to the covid lockdown, we were unable to fly home to be there physically for any part of the inspection or sale. As an experienced realtor Gail was a strong advocate for us. Gail was the best agent I ever had which covers many many years many sales/purchases. She literally gave up a large commission to save our family a huge loss when we had to cancel a signed contract. She came in person to give advice on a property we were looking to purchase with no expectations of being hired in this direct purchase from an owner. No better in my 64 years of life.
