Bobby Chow and his team go above and beyond any expectation my family and I have ever had for any type of service. I initially called back in July of 2021 for a very complicated situation (which I will get into in a moment) and we are FINALLY closing tomorrow (November 2022-- and no, it did not take this long at any fault of Bobby/B&B, if anything it would have never happened if not for him.) My husband, two kids, mom, dad and uncle live in a house which is in a trust left to mom, uncle and two other uncles. Husband and I needed to buy out the two uncles not living here but we owned two other homes, one in Ewa (a rental) and one in Arizona, which husband's mom lives in. Bobby helped us find the most amazing real estate agent who literally felt like a sister to me, (did I mention Bobby is like the brother I never had but always wanted?!) anyway this girl was amazing and helped us get top deal on the Ewa property and we were able to pay off the Arizona house. All the while Bobby checked in on us, always gave us advice, etc. He also hooked me and the fam up with an awesome trust attorney who everyone is so comfortable with some of the other family members are using her to set up trusts for other things! Bobby is a real huge wealth of knowledge. I have been absolutely clueless from the start and he has been so patient walking me and my entire family through every step of the process and oh my GOSH is that a big deal. He has dealt with all of my uncles with ease which is a big deal cause damn my uncles are braddahs who never shut up and I feel so bad, but Bobby just rolls with it thank God! He was able to secure us a great rate despite a lot of drama on our end (private matters and failed appraisal) but he really pulled some strings for us in so many ways, and honestly I just cannot believe all the footwork he did, absolutely unbelievable. The other night my uncles were literally going to be flying out to Japan and Bobby and the escrow officer magically were able to get out to them to sign last minute forms and save our okoles just in time!! I should also mention though I have had limited interaction at the office or with other staff members, but Mel is another very professional and friendly member of the team and the few times we've gone to the office we are always greeted by a very wonderful woman who makes us feel right at home offering refreshments. The office itself is a professional, cool (temperature wise--not stuffy), clean environment; very comfortable, but typically most of our interactions have been limited to phone/txt and e-mail which I appreciate. I could ask him anything anytime and he would reply so quick to me with all the details possible. It was our first purchase so there r a lot we don't know about but he had been so helpful. He's proactive, caring about his clients and made us feel like we chose the right agency to work with. He has exceeded our expectations and made the whole process go so smoothly. Im so grateful for him and his team has helped us to have our dream place with such affordable rate. I'm glad we chose Bobby and if we come back to Hawaii buy another place Bobby Chow and his team will definitely be our choices.
