5 stars for Monarch Realty. I dealt with Earl and Anna and they did an outstanding job on a very difficult probate sale. In this day and age when it seems like anyone providing professional services only wants to do the minimum required, Earl and Anna consistently went above and beyond. They are very detail oriented, and were even taking the initiative to anticipate problems that might arise. They were especially excellent at keeping the escrow process responsive to our needs and moving along. I was the executor of the estate of a person who lived off island, and I had no idea of Hawaii requirements for anything. Monarch Realty stayed on top of the details. In addition, this property had been a rental for 30+ years, and needed lots of tender loving care to bring it up to listing standards. Earl shepherded the entire project: minor repairs, new paint and new flooring. I found out Earl has rental properties of his own, so he was my go-to person for vendors and workmen.
