Hi Sunni - We are SO sorry that this was your experience. But we appreciate the detail in review so we can address it properly!- Our response to your claim that we were closed during business hours:We understand how frustrating it can be to come upstairs excited to shop and have the shop closed during business hours. Unfortunately (for you & I both) we did have to close early that day as we had a water pipe break and flood our back room, coming out onto our floor. We had just gotten on the phone after being on hold for about 30 minutes with someone to come and help us fix it. As you may have noticed - there were rags all over the floor and it would have been dangerous to have customers in at this time. We normally are always open during operating hours, and hope you reconsider this review as there is now a better understanding of this mishap. And of course, only work as hard as possible to make sure each of our customers has a unique and genuine experience in the shop. We are a small art gallery that supports local artists and do best with integrity & good review. We hope you consider this with your post.
