Room was not cleaned when we arrived. See photo for insect casing accumulated on floor.
I wouldnt be sharing this if the owner took more accountability when this was raised - instead of being defensive and lying.
Personally, Im uncomfortable with how the animals are kept. Dirty water bowls and cuts on the dogs. Birds in cramped, dirty cages.
Police were called to main house when we stayed.
All in all, I do hope the owners take time to look after themselves and their responsibilities. Genuinely, please take care.

Secret Falls was one of our favorite parts about Kauai! My boyfriend and I went with our best friends. The joining rooms with a full kitchen was perfect. Darcy was the most amazing host and helped me plan the entire trip for us. We even got engaged! There is not a more secluded beautiful location, but also a short driving distance to everything you need. 10/10 we will be coming back and staying here again!

Gorgeous view right outside your bedroom door!! We had a great time at Secret Falls Retreat. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Kauai.
