      image Natasha, the manager, was really awesome at helping me get a new phone when mine completely crashed. She was knowledgeable and tried to get me in and out. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because her male co-worker was rude, unwilling to help customers and Natasha, and just completely put a damper on the atmosphere.

      image Can I just tell you how nice it is to walk into a Verizon store and get excellent customer service. I was in a huge hurry today and really needed help with my phone. Caleb came to my rescue. He was extremely knowledgeable and also just wasnt trying to sell me stuff I didnt need instead he trouble shot my phone and came up with a solid plan! Caleb saved my day!!! Caleb you are a rare finding these days!!!
