        Two repairs (kitchen faucet and exterior valve) in the past couple of years and happy with service both times - quick attention and professional results.

        Water heater wasnt working and they came on multiple occassions and never fixed it right. Left electrical wiring on heater all hacked up with bare wires exposed and heater switch dismantled. Said they would perform a temporary repair by installing a smaller heater and never did. Why would they do that? Why not wait and install the correct one? Had to shower with cold water and heater is still not fixed. They also walk into the house without knocking and when they leave they never let the customer know what repairs were performed or that they left. I guess because no repairs were ever done. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

        They're great. Came within 2 days of calling, thought they might even be able to come the NEXT day! Almost a month wait from the competitor.. Sweet repair guy did a fabulous job and did so quickly! Very happy with them!
