The best remodel and renovation contractors on O'ahu! I've been in the trades and real estate here for 20+ years, so I've worked with a LOT. They recently completed a couple weeks worth of work at my condo in Kaneohe, it was a great experience and they did great work from beginning to end. Knowing the industry so well, I know the stereotypical "problems" with contractors. So for most people, it's the simple things... like: THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE Forreal people, if you call them, they will answer the phone. I know it might seem crazy to highlight this so much, shouldn't every company answer their phone and return calls ASAP?! Of course they should. But if you've ever worked with any tradesperson or contractor before, you know that's not always the case... sadly, it's very rarely the case actually. EVEN AFTER THEY START WORKING Yes, trying to get a bid from someone who's not responsive sucks. But even worse is hiring them, then they stop answering calls midway through a job. Everyone on the Island team is super professional and on top of communication with us throughout our entire project. From Sean the owner, to Luke and the pros in the field, to Arnold and the team in the office. If ever there was a question or change, the proper person contacted me in a timely manner, and it was quickly taken care of. A well oiled machine indeed, which translated into high quality work and a smooth process for us, the homeowner. They did work in every room in our house, and some outside, and everything was done super quality, with clean work areas and great cleanup after. Ours wasn't a full remodel, we're doing it in portions, but we will definitely be bringing them in for all our future projects, at the condo and our new house. I highly recommend you use this great team when you're ready for your home remodel or renovation project!

Thank you Island Contractors for my new windows! I desperately needed to update my old aluminum jalousies to vinyl and I am so happy I chose to go through Island Contractors after I compared 3 different bids. Sean and his team were timely, efficient and did quality work. I will be using them for more projects and I highly recommend them - no stress or drama - just done right.

Island Contractors is the go to company for all your construction concerns. Our house was aged and needed to be renovated from floor to ceiling, it was a big ask. First thing you will notice about this company is their commitment to answer their phones and/or get back to you in a timely manner. Secondly, they know their job. Knowledgeable in multiple trades and subcontractors that were an absolute joy to work with. The preconstruction process that they take you through really helps in answering all your questions. They walked me through a design phase before doing any construction. By the time hammers were swinging, there were no more questions and I got to watch the process unfold. Cleanliness and organization are at the heart of this companies pulse and flow. We enjoyed working with Brandon & Sean and everyone over at this company. Would recommend to everyone! Aloha, we highly recommend Island Contractors. They were honest, professional, and did excellent work in all aspects of our kitchen remodel project. We also requested some last minute changes and had extra projects which they completed on time. We loved their staff and the quality of the work performed, and now will only use Island Contractors for future projects no matter how big or small. Marlon and Garrison were exceptional workers and we trusted them in our home with our children and grandchildren. Sean is very knowledgeable with construction and provided us with great options to best meet our needs. It wasn't about the money, it was about serving us as customers and giving us the best product within our budget. Even when we called after hours or on weekends, they responded quickly to solve any concerns we had. It was an enjoyable experience for us and we will continue to support Island Contractors.
