Worst portrait experience in 25 years. Avoid wasting your time and skip scheduling an appointment with Blinnk. We Scheduled an appt for 8 am Monday April 22nd, received email confirmation and detailed instructions. Got seven people (including toddlers and grandparents) up early, dressed up and to the meeting spot. Photographer Alfie was a no-show. Had the gall to make up multiple excuses for horrific customer service saying he had car trouble then when I asked why he didnt text or call us he back-tracked and said it was an automated confirmation and he didnt get the appointment notice. Alfie clearly didn't care and is a terrible representative of Blinnk Photography and should be fired. Marriott should be horrified at having a vendor like this represent your brand.

Be sure to visit Blinnk photography located within the Marriott Ko'Olina Beach Club resort for family pictures! They are the best and get so many great shots around the resort and beach area which are so beautiful. Extremely friendly and accommodating and easy communication.

10/10 recommend! Our photographer was Kaili and our studio manager was Kai, they both did a fantastic job! If you want gorgeous family photos this is the service for you!! :)
