        Quoted my friend $1200 for a rotors, pads and a serpantine belt replacement. Car had less than 60,000 mi. and didn't need the belt until 100,000. Upon inspection, only pads needed replaced. Rotors were fine. Scam of a shop.

        Always great service when I come to Goodyear. From getting an oil change, to something more complicated, Ive always been satisfied. Bri is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explains every detail very well to the point that I run out of questions to ask! Will definitely continue to bring in my cars.

        I had an *appointment* at 8am and was waiting till after 4pm to get my brakes fixed. **They had the parts already** and did not need delivery. They need to hire more people, it's severely understaffed and makes everything unnecessarily difficult not only for the customers but also the workers. What's the point of the appointment at this rate?
