        Company staff is great, However.. under new ownership apparently that jacked prices up over 30% for 2024. Disappointing as we stayed multiple times in the Coconut Plantation and used their services. Wanted to rebook and was shocked. It also was shared that this is a common complaint as people are being shocked with new sticker price for no real reason. I guess new ownership will have to see how the 35% increase plays out. We wont be using their services for any of their properties. Thanks,

        Our recent vacation at Ko Olina with Ola Properties was fantastic. Jason, our Ola Properties Rep, was great to work with. The house we rented fit our needs, it was a beautiful location - not a lot of noise in the area - perfect for the peace and quiet we were hoping for.
