Eric was our real estate agent for over a year as we searched high and low for our forever home. Eric helped my husband and me buy our home on Maui and I cannot recommend him highly enough! If you are on the mainland and trying to buy a home on Maui, Eric is the realtor for you. He immediately brought us up to speed on the housing market. Without that guidance, we probably would not have known how to put in a competitive offer to ultimately find our home. Even after we had found our place, Eric went above and beyond and found us a repairman to take care of little issues before we even moved in. From the very beginning I was confident that Eric had our best interest in mind and was there to help.

Eric is a fabulous real estate professional, on so many levels: He is personable, hard-working, competent, organized, extremely knowledgeable about the Maui market, and trustworthy. Additionally, he is very, very, very patient. We had been looking for a condo in Maui for over 2+ years with a lot of must haves. When we werent on the island, Eric would preview any properties that seemed to meet our criteria, and report back with his assessment. He told it like it was and it didnt take long for us to trust his evaluation of the condition of a property. When we were on the island, he would spend multiple hours taking us around and explaining the pros and cons of each property. No pressure just information. Once we purchased our condo, Eric continued to work to help us. Within days of escrow close, we discovered an expensive mechanical problem with the air conditioner that had escaped the home inspection. Compounding the issue was the fact that it was still hot and the condo was rented during that time. Eric went above and beyond the call of duty to take responsibility, to find the resources and to resolve the problem. What a relief for both the guests and me! He didnt stop with just fixing problems -- When I mentioned that I was looking for more outdoor furniture for the lanai, Eric visited several patio stores to Facetime options with me. Imagine. a man who proactively visits a furniture store!! But the best part about our experience with Eric, is that hes a truly nice man and a joy to work with. He is unflappable and has a great can do attitude. Eric is the kind of person that one wants to keep as a friend, even beyond the real estate transaction. I consider myself lucky to have found him above all other agents. Thank you, Eric!

I have worked with Eric on several projects over the last few years, real estate and otherwise. He has continued to impress me with his dedication and commitment to successfully completing whatever tasks are needed to accomplish the goals. More importantly, I trust Eric to give me his honest assessment and advice, even if it isnt what I want to hear. He has true integrity and his motives are clear.
