        First time using H&R. Failed to give me full details on what I needed to do for uploading documents, time frames, etc. Was told they were going to file an extension for my taxes. Have yet to hear back and now they're "temporarily closed" and I have no one to contact.

        I've been coming to h&r block for years and my lady that I normally deal with retired so I had a new agent today and I was very happy she was very patient with me as I was nervous doing your taxes this sometimes scary especially if you're not a numbers person she walked me through every step she was very patient and very kind
