I was extremely disturbed by Lus lack of professionalism and exorbitant pricing. Needed my car towed to Lahaina Town from Kahana and I was Quoted $365!!!!! Lady on the phone needed me to explain what a CV Joint was and how to spell it. I was blown away. When she told me the quote I asked Are you sure? A friend of mine just had their car towed all the way to Kahului for $200 with another company. She then replied with Ah, okay, I understand sir and then HUNG UP ON ME!! Called up West side Towing and they towed my car for $104. MUCH more reasonable. I dont know whats going on over at Lus but I would never recommend them to anyone.

Appalling!!!! Needed to tow my car 27 miles to a shop. Once the woman on the phone got info on car and found out it was a BMW, she quotes me $645!!! I had her repeat twice to make sure I heard her right. I told her shes got to be kidding and it isnt funny. She doubled down, and told me thats what cost. My reply was GoodFin BYEEE and hung up!! Never seen such a blatant display of dishonesty and charlatanism!!!!! I called West Side Tow, and the quote was a fair and reasonable $200. The lack of customer service and empathy was blatant!!

they quoted me $340 for them to come and bring me 2 gallons of gas? Hard pass.
