If we could give 10 stars we would! Bikes were very well maintained and seemed new, delivery and pickup was easy and perfect, owner a super nice guy. This was absolutely the most fun thing we did on the island. Much better view from the bikes on the coastal trail than from a car for sure! Comes with a charger, lock, super useful bag on the back, front light, map, pedal assist, etc. Battery was great, rode for more than 4 hours the first day and was still on half charge when we got home. Delivery was simple and Jim explained everything clearly and simply when he got here. Will definitely rent from here every time we come to Kaua'i!! Also love the fact that he rents by the day or can rent for up to 6 days, not a couple hours like the ones in Kapa'a. Prices are great in comparison. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful experience! Jim was exceptional and did drop off and pickup at our hotel in Poipu. Very easy and convenient.
