I need my glasses to drive, especially at night, but just got them so insurance will not cover another pair for a while & cannot afford to cover 100%. They also "lost" our Costco booked reservation, costing us an hour+ because they booked it for month before, while they were looking for our reservation the 1st agent said he had to go to lunch and handed us of to new person who started from beginning costing us much more time then necessary. Do not use this company, even if you contact them immediately they will steal anything you leave in car, even if medically necessary items. We used Budget the following weekend, it was less $, nicer staff & we had great experience, try them instead of these theieves.
