Hawaii Public Adjuster has been truly amazing. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable in their trade, they're also extremely kind. I've worked with both Lisa and Denise and not only did they help me through some of the most stressful experiences of my life, they also made me feel like family and like my family's struggles really mattered, even though I am certain they were dealing with a lot bigger claims and struggles at the time of mine. If you have a serious claim, this should be your go to resource. They will make the process so much more streamlined and help you on your path.

My insurance company said my leaking roof was not covered in my policy. Turns out it was and Hawaii Publuc Adjusters got me $18,000 to fix it. Insurance companies are all deceitful. unless you're an attorney or well-versed in insurance, do yourself a favor and hire HPA to manage your claim for you.

Great company to work with. The entire staff is extremely professional and hard working. Was trying to handle an insurance claim by myself and was getting nowhere. These guys have the knowledge and tools to walk you through the insurance claim process so that you get a fair payout. They take a cut of the payout, but it was so worth it.
