        I took 2 trips in looking at reels. The first guy talked only about the store credit card, and I left after wasting my time. The second visit, John, in the fishing department, helped me out a ton, answered all of my questions about the products, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Even though it was currently out of stock, he had it shipped to me with free expedited shipping. Depends on the salesperson but a lot of them seem so worried about shoving the store credit card down your throat they forget the reason why you came in.
