        Web says it closes at 9. Made it there by 8:40 and they were already closed.

        I ordered for pickup online. The pickup time kept getting pushed back and told me I couldnt check in until five minutes before my pickup time. I was finally able to check in and my food came out right away. I thought that that was good thing that they were fast but after opening it I realized that it had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting. It was supposed to be toasted and was barely warm when I got it. It was soggy like they get when they just sit for a while. I ordered extra lettuce and got none. The guy who gave it to me didnt even say anything and when I was waving to him to show him which car I was he just looked at me and then just stood still and looked around. The sandwich wasnt wrapped up so half of it spilled out in the bag and I didnt receive my cookie that I paid for. I was in a rush, thats why I ordered pickup, so I didnt have time to go back and argue with them. Horrible service, having to wait for an old sandwich that was waiting for me too.
