Taco Bell

Went to pick up a order for door dash last night about midnight, and when I got to the drive thru window no one was there. I knocked on the drive thru window, still no one heard me, the door dash order came through right at midnight, and after sitting in my car for 7 mins FINALLY someone comes to the window and opens it and proceeds to tell me that they are closed, I explained to the guy that I have a door dash order and he said there is nothing here and that they were closed???? I told him the order came through 5 mins after midnight and he told me that there was nothing he could do cause they were "closed?" Like what the heck?? The order came through 5 mins after midnight and you can't make the food for the customer then you guys should be shut down this is UNACCEPTABLE

Requested no cheese, got cheese. Returned next day for either refund or replace, they gave me 12 tacos. Nice but very wasteful in my opinion as I only needed 6. So thanks but no thanks.

Its a hit and miss with everything, but tonight is a miss. So glad i order extra chicken on my cantina quesadilla

East Idaho TB is a rip off, 25% to 50% more for the same items that as soon as you touch down in SLC are 1 dollar flat. #tacobell acrewing our local people.
