We just recently started with RealCount and love them! The onboarding process was so smooth and we have felt completely taken care of in every way. Our accountant, Susan, has been more than available and willing to answer any questions we've had. Our bookkeeper, Jenny, has made the receipt management and bill processing so smooth. I seriously feel so much less stressed having RealCount managing our accounts and doing our books. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a firm having a combination of real estate accounting/finance and market conditions, to advise on our rental properties. In reviewing RealCount's marketing materials, it appeared they would be a perfect combination for our needs. We requested an analysis of our rental properties, a proposed offer to purchase one of our duplexes, subsequent 1031 exchange options, market conditions, tax consequences, etc. After supplying all the requested information to RC and signing a service contract, they subjected us to an on-boarding process requesting info, which had already been provided to their VP of Sales the week before. Given our Duplex Purchase Offer was time sensitive we initially requested a fast track process, which this was not. After multiple delays, a meeting was scheduled a month later with RC's real estate tax profession. It was clear from our meeting this individual had NOT reviewed any of the information provided. After 30 minutes of bringing her up to speed, she stated she would review and report back her recommendations in a couple of days. We never heard back from her. A month later RC informed us our request was outside their scope. The reason....RC does not provide analysis of local real estate conditions. Now, one would think this information could have been provided before we jumped through hoops and wasted two months that were time critical. My take away is RC's marketing is overstating their actual expertise and/or operation execution.

This is the ultimate fake it until you make it company. Poor management, subpar employees who stick around by kissing the ring. Not one of the accountants is a real estate expert. I would look elsewhere as you can definitely do better than these Fugazzi's.

I have loved RealCount for our small non-profit. Very responsive, quality work, and reasonable price for our 2-3 person organization.
