Had an unexpected alternator replacement and later a tune up done in preparation for a cross-country move. Received check-in calls both times from Jimmy after the service, even after they knew I'd be moving out of state. Fantastic customer service, timely repairs and extremely reasonable costs. I've had mixed results with mechanics in the TV, so seeing this level of integrity has made a lasting impression. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing auto repairs in the Boise area.

Wanted to charge me to tell me what the check engine light was on for. Both Autozone and OReillys will do that for free, and have great suggestions for how to fix it or where to go for the best service.

This repair shop is the best! They are fast, friendly, and affordable. My car needed control arms replaced, rotors and pads replaced, and a broken motor mount replaced. Their quote was about half of what another shop quoted me and would have taken more than a week to fix. Western Auto Service had the repairs done the next day and my car now rides better than when I bought it. I highly recommend these guys!
