So glad I found this company. They answer the phone, they call you back, they show up when they say they will, and give a 100% effort!! Most companies just say they don't think they can do it and don't bother; Eric was willing to come out and check my job to see if he could help. He still wasn't sure if he can do what needs to be done, but willing to do the research to see if he can find parts and complete the job. Whether he does this job or not, he'll be my first call for any future needs. Thanks for your willingness and complete professionalism Eric!

I own Green Leaf Cleaners in Meridian, ID. I've used West Tech multiple times and they are consistently timely, professional and fair priced. They do quality work and explain exactly what they are doing. They do such a great job and are so trustworthy I am comfortable just asking them to do whatever needs to be done to my boiler and I'll just write a check.
