This practice has lost my trust as a patient of two years. If youre tired of the scare tactics from historic dental care days, this isnt the place to be. I will not be returning after being aggressively pushed and fear mongered into having oral surgery with their highly recommended friends. Find a modern dentist that doesnt have the rich man exotic fish tank in the lobby.

Had an appt they confirmed everyone is triple vaccinated and boosted like 5 times over. My hygienist collapsed during my procedure to sudden cardiac arrest, fortunately they had another. Thank you summit dental

I was recommended a lot of work to be done during a routine cleaning on my first visit. I wasn't sure about it, but they came recommended, so I agreed. I asked them to quote me the cost of the work to ensure I could afford it. Two months later they sent me an additional bill twice the cost they quoted me. I called to see why the number they gave me was so wrong, they just said there was nothing they could do and got really short with me. I went to my old dentist for a cleaning recently and they informed me the work I had done wasn't even necessary. I feel completely conned.

I was prediagnosed as needing a "deep cleaning" the second I mentioned periodontal maintenance. Dentist would not review or acknowledge previous treatment records from last provider. Dentist would not provide the cleaning I was scheduled to receive that day stating that it would not do me any good to have my teeth cleaned from the gums up? I have never heard a provider tell me it would do me no good to have my teeth cleaned??? I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
