Kik Dental

I've had nothing but great experiences with KIK dental, both with Dr. Wagner and Dr. Morrell, the whole office staff/team. I've always been self-conscious of my teeth due to an enamel condition that I have. Last year, I had a consult with Dr. Morrell to get porcelain veneers. I was so nervous to get them because of how permanent of a change it would be. Dr Morrell made me feel so much more at ease by talking me through the entire process. I now have alot more confidence in my smile because the veneers turned out amazing! Dr Morrell and his team did an incredible job from start to finish and were always so gentle and careful throughout the whole process. I couldn't love how the veneers turned out more. I highly recommend going here for any dental needs. They will take great care of you no matter what you are being seen for!

I was with Morrell Dental (now KIK) my entire life. Absolutely wonderful service. Then Dr Morrell went part time, sold to KIK and it was a complete nightmare for me. I had turned 26, and was off my familys insurance plan. I called KIK to update them of my new address and new insurance. I went in for my semi-yearly cleaning, they then send the full amount of the bill to my parents house. Okay, I thought, honest mistake! I called them back, to update them again, and what would you know, they sent the full bill to my parents AGAIN! This proceeded to happen two more times at two more cleanings until I ultimately said screw it, Ill find a new dentist. Recently, I was due for a cleaning. I received a text message from KIK saying you and *childs name* are due for a cleaning! Call to schedule. I definitely dont have a child. I texted back I dont have a child and they responded with a oops! Wrong number! Lord knows what would happen if they had disclosed any personal information to the wrong patient.

I went to KIK Dental in Boise to have a crown done on my molar after having an implant done. I chose Dr Wagner to do my dental work as I had heard very positive things about him and now I know why. I am very difficult to anesthetize and Dr Wagner took the time and was able to get me comfortable before he started working. He was kind, patient and has excellent verbal communication skills. I've had a lot of dental work done in my time, and I have to say that Dr Wagner is in the top 2 dentists I've had work on my teeth! A few other words I would use to describe Dr Wagner would be professional, friendly, very detail oriented and the ability to put me at ease. I am incredibly pleased with the work he did and will definitely continue to see him as my #1 dentist. As for the administrative side of the process, I was informed at the beginning exactly what my fees would be, what it included and what payment was accepted. There were no surprises and I was very happy with how I was treated by Dr Wagner and the entire staff at KIK!
