Kim Stastny, the Senior Loan Officer gave us excellent service from beginning to end. Every step of the process was explained in detail and I did not feel overwhelmed. Buying a new home is a lot and to have someone like Kim guide us through was a Godsend! In addition the other staff members were also very helpful. I highly recommend Guild Mortgage!

My home purchase was completed on May 22, 2023, and I had been trying to buy a house for 2+ years. My biggest struggle is the difficulty of qualifying for a mortgage when self-employed. Kim Stastny was my loan officer, and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, an efficient communicator, and she was very reassuring during times when I was doubting the process (based on previous negative experiences with other mortgage lending companies).
