Joe Pattee and his team at Guild Mortgage are simply the Best with transactions! They are quick to respond to information inquiries and questions! They are very knowledgeable, informative and provide great advice with all transactions. From my experience with my buyers, they close deals by the contract close date or earlier. I believe that is because they have In house underwriting. When i have a buyer that needs to be qualified so we know what the spending budget is, I immediately get them over to Guild and Joe Pattee's team. Everyone at Guild Mortgage Downtown Boise is the best to work with.
